Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support existing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail. Experience with warranties is a bonus, but if you have general administration experience and a proactive attitude, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting
* Supporting the team with warranty processes
* Handling incoming communication (phone calls, emails) and directing them as necessary
* Assisting in maintaining a smooth workflow within the office
* Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (warranty experience is a plus but not essential)
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
