We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join an amazing educational team in Spalding. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain accurate student records, attendance, and sensitive data.
* Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from parents, students, and visitors.
* Organize school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
* Prepare school communications (newsletters, announcements, etc.).
* Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized office environment.
* Provide administrative support to the Head of School and leadership team.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding professionally.
* Ensure compliance with school regulations and policies.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a school administrator preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management software (SIMS).
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
* Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work flexibly.
