Our Spalding client, a successful FMCG company is looking to recruit a Production Administrator to work a 2/2/3 shift pattern
Key Responsibilities
•Review and update operational documentation.
•Maintain and create operational records.
•Working with Production Shift Managers, update and re-issue all work instructions and training records
•Review SSOWs to ensure instructions match Work Instructions.
•Close all problem jobs within an hour of the issue being flagged
•Communicate persistent issues with completing jobs to Production and other department managers.
•Capture real time data, monitor and utilise to drive continuous improvement.
•Liaise with members of the department to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
•Assist supervisors and managers with projects.
