About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students across Key Stages 1 and 2. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with individual students and small groups, implementing tailored learning activities, and fostering a positive classroom environment. Application Requirements:

• A minimum of Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

• Proven experience in a primary school setting, ideally as an HLTA.

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in planning, delivering, and assessing learning activities.

• Provide targeted support for students, including those with special educational needs.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels safe and supported.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.

• Collaborate with other staff members to develop effective intervention strategies.
