SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to start after October Half Term

ABOUT THE HLTA ROLE:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will need to:

Cover whole classes/ teach- delivering KS1/KS2 curriculum
Run and prepare interventions with identified students across the Key Stages
Attend class and staff meetings

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Ideally hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or PGCE/QTS
Have a desire to encourage student aspiration
Be able to provide students with opportunities for success, and encourage them to take risks with their learning tasks
Be able to work 1:1 or in small groups when required
Have the ability to cover/teach across the Key Stages
Be able to plan and resource as part of a team, and work in collaboration
Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and staff
