ADMINISTRATOR (SERVICE DEPT)

BOLTON

£25,500 PER ANNUM

PERMANENT

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to join our established client based in the Bolton area.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with customers via telephone and email regarding their new and ongoing warranty claims within the service department
Submitting new claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently
Uploading documentation and data onto various systems and portals
Managing ongoing claims efficiently, ensuring these are processed in line with agreed timescales to maintain customer and manufacturer satisfaction
Obtaining required parts & coordinating labour in line with customer repair schedules
Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times to ensure a positive service is maintained
