MTR Partnership are a well-established recruitment agency specialising in the white-collar construction markets. After substantial investment we are now looking at targeted growth that will provide immediate and on-going opportunities for our staff to develop and progress.

We are now looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bolton. You’ll initially focus on learning how to resource for our live jobs before being given the training to progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role.

You’ll also be supported to achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Recruitment.

Who we are looking for:

* We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who will grasp the opportunity and take the support offered to build a real career within the industry

* You’ll need a full driving license and access to a vehicle as your progression will include meetings with our candidates & clients both onsite and within the office

* We are open minded in terms of working experience but customer facing experience would be beneficial

What we can offer:

* An attractive starting salary of between £20,000 - £23,000 with the ability to earn bonuses and commission from day one

* The support and time to complete a NVQ level 3 in Recruitment which will support our on the job learning to give you the tools to be successful within the industry
