A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established and growing business in the Bolton area. Our successful clients are seeking an office-based Valuer, who will provide business valuations. The role involves speaking with clients via teams call, and providing a valuation for ongoing businesses. A background in B2B is advantageous and the ability to close for business, whilst speaking to a range of clients from a variety of different commercial backgrounds.

Working hours:

Full Time

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm

The successful Valuer will be offered:

Basic salary up to £26,500

Commission structure with on target earnings of £32,000

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:

Experience in Estate Agency

Experience in B2B sales

Ability to provide accurate information and to close for business

As a Valuer, your role will involve:

Attending Teams meetings with business owners looking to sell their business

Provide accurate information and have the ability to close for the instruction

Manage and keep accurate CRM details

Pro-actively generate new business
