Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and management.
Work one-to-one or in small groups with students, providing tailored support to those who need extra help.
Assist in managing student behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
Help to create engaging learning resources and activities.
Provide support during school events and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with teaching staff to assess students' progress and development.

Requirements:

A university degree (any subject) - a passion for education is key!
No prior child-based experience is required, but it is preferred.
A valid DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping students succeed.
A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
