Reperio Human Capital is a recruitment consultancy, based in Belfast City Centre. We focus on the IT market in Ireland and the United States (Tampa, Florida and Raleigh, North Carolina).

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an In-House Recruitment Consultant. The successful individual will join our internal team in Belfast and will play a huge role in driving the growth of Reperio.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is professional, outgoing, career-focused and ambitious. This role will best suit someone with a background in sales or recruitment, however, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and headhunting potential candidates
Screening candidates over the phone, shortlisting, and scheduling on-site interviews
Assisting the internal recruitment team with on-site interviews, and providing appropriate feedback
Advertising open vacancies
HR admin tasks and assisting the HR team with onboarding new employeesWhy join Reperio?
