We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic LSA - Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

The LSA - Learning Support Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.

It is important for this school that the LSA - Learning Support Assistant recruited is able to liaise with parents and provide feedback on student achievements and progress.

The LSA - Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
