We are currently supporting a school who we have had a strong relationship with for many years in recruiting a LSA - Learning Support Assistant to join their amazing team.

Responsibilities

The expectations for this role is a LSA - Learning Support Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.

There will be an expectation for the successful LSA - Learning Support Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.

The LSA - Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

It is important to this school that the LSA - Learning Support Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
