We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic LSA - Learning Support Assistant EYFS who can join their team of exited and committed staff.

Responsibilities

The LSA - Learning Support Assistant EYFS chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.

The ideal candidate for this LSA - Learning Support Assistant EYFS role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.

The expectations for this role is a LSA - Learning Support Assistant EYFS who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.

The ideal LSA - Learning Support Assistant EYFS for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
