We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Teaching Assistant KS2 who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.

Responsibilities

The Teaching Assistant KS2 recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
The ideal Teaching Assistant KS2 for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
The expectations for this role is a Teaching Assistant KS2 who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
The Teaching Assistant KS2 hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
