About the role: Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Barnet. This part-time role focuses on providing booster sessions and interventions for children needing extra support in KS2. You will work 1:1 with students and in small groups, helping them catch up with the curriculum and develop their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering booster sessions for KS2 students.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students needing additional help.
• Work closely with the class teacher to adapt lesson materials.
• Support children with special educational needs.
• Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive learning habits.
