£12.50 per hour

Hales Group are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for their Thetford based client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team, where you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer care, whilst also supporting the wider operations team in achieving orders and deliverables.

Reporting into the Service Manager, the Customer Services Administrator will be at the forefront of customer interaction; therefore, you must be approachable, dynamic, organised and have a desire to go the extra mile.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Reception function; welcoming customers and answering the phone
Provide first line customer support
Monitor the Customer Services inbox, actioning all avenues of customer enquiries received
Receive and log on system, the result of all Customer emails and telephone calls, as well as all relevant documents
Support ‘drop-in’ customers and provide sales advice when required
Process and expedite enquiries, and service/sales orders through to sales invoicing
Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any service and parts orders and ensure that customers are kept fully informed
Supply relevant information to finance companies and customers
Ordering office supplies
Ordering lunches when required
Opening and distributing post
Assisting the management team with admin and adhoc business requirements
Arranging occasional car hires when required
Ordering uniform
Recording staff learning and qualifications
Offering sales support to the BDMs and Sales Director when required Key Skills/Attributes:

Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and on the phone
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Strong IT skills
