AdvisaCare is an established Home Health / Medicare Agency seeking Home Health Certified Lymphedema Therapist to provide Lymphedema Visits for our patients

Requirements

Current Michigan PT or OT License

Minimum one (1) year of Home Health experience (preferred but not required)

CLT Certificate or CLT LANA Credential from the Lymphology Assoc of North America(LANA)

Prior work experience with lymphedema working with interdisciplinary health care team members

Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide competent, compassionate care to all ages of the population

Strong communication skills both verbal & written

Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required

Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen

Compassionate and caring demeanor, excellent communication skills ability to think critically

Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare as needed
