We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join both mainstream and SEND provision in L21, Liverpool. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm, offering a competitive daily rate of £91 - £110.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading small group interventions
Supporting pupils with additional needs in both mainstream and SEND settings
Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
Supervising students during non-instructional periods (breaks and lunchtimes)
Collaborating with teaching staff to enhance student learning and progressRequirements:
Must hold an HLTA qualification
Proven experience in both mainstream and SEND settings
Strong communication and organizational skillsThis role offers excellent career progression opportunities, including leadership pathways within the SEND and mainstream provisions.
