Are you a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children overcome challenging behaviours? Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with challenging behaviours, preferably within a primary school setting.

• Knowledge of SEN best practices, particularly relating to behaviour management.

• Ability to form strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills, with a clear understanding of how to maintain a calm, positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioural challenges.

• Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour within the classroom, ensuring all students feel safe and included.

• Develop tailored strategies to help students manage their emotions and behaviour, encouraging positive engagement with school life.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, helping them to feel confident and understood.

• Support the wider school community by contributing to SEN-related initiatives and professional development.
