Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Arcadis’s Places capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology. 

Arcadis is seeking high-caliber, Project Managers within the Living, Workplace, Education, Retail, Transit, Healthcare, Mission Critical and Industrial Facilities Practice Groups. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for the project management and delivery of medium and large-scale architectural projects.

Role accountabilities:

Ultimately responsible for achieving the project objectives

Lead project design and technical teams in the safe delivery of projects to meet client and Arcadis desired project outcomes, notably scope, time, budget and quality

Implement and manage effective financial and project controls to enable monitoring, management and forecasting

Mentor project team members to increase commercial acumen   

Drive project performance and commercial outcomes

Work collaboratively with technical and design leads

Build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and other project stakeholders
