Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information about our products/services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.

Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services when appropriate.

Participate in training and development sessions to enhance personal skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
