Overview:

Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team at Outbound Mammoth. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the performance of the bartending team, providing training and support as needed.

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.

Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor.

Monitor and control inventory of beverages and bar supplies, placing orders as needed.

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.

Clean and maintain bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of drink orders.

Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required.

Uphold Outbound Mammoth’s brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a bartender in a similar environment.

Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

Basic math skills to handle transactions and manage inventory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.

A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

 Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift. Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor and outdoor working environment and the noise level in the work place is usually moderate to high.

Typical equipment used include but are not limited to bartending equipment and household cleaning supplies.
