Vivo Talent is excited to share that we're working with one of the largest global leaders in music event management, who are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join their growing Data team.
As part of a fast-paced, private equity-backed platform, you will work closely with the Head of Data and senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making across a diverse portfolio of festivals. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial finance strategy of a leading player in the music festival industry, gaining exposure to a range of high-profile events across the world.
Great opportunity for a Data Analyst or BI Analyst to grow in their role and be mentored and coached by the Head of Data themselves.
Responsibilities
Overseeing structuring, mapping and managing of ticketing data for account executives using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Designing, developing, and deploying business analytics reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI data sets
Work with the Data and BI Manager to accelerate and facilitate the Finance team's use of Power BI
Gain expertise in existing Power BI datasets and contribute to design of new datasets
Gain expertise in Azure automation to provide support for daily refresh
Analysing data trends between ticket sales and marketing initiatives to help boost company sales
Experience & Skills
Proven track record with at least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst
Power BI knowledge, including Power Query, DAX measures and expressions, creating data-rich reports and performing ad-hoc analysis
Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and use / development of SSIS packages in Visual Studio
Excellent communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to explain complex solutions to a range of audiences
