As a Residential Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential floor within a larger care home. The position is 100% supernumerary and reports directly to the Home Manager, offering a fantastic chance to work in a leadership role within a high end elderly care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth running of the residential care unit
Ensure high standards of care planning, medication administration, and auditing
Maintain excellent clinical compliance, adhering to CQC guidance

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification
Experience in care planning, medication administration, and auditing
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
A passion for providing exceptional care in a luxury setting

Salary:

£40,000pa
40hrs a week, 100% supernumerary
5 days a week to include alternative weekends
