The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Care Manager with construction experience to work under a Project Manager to oversee remedial works at varying scales on existing timber frame apartment blocks which will go on for at least the next 5 years.
This will be a unique and challenging development involving fire remediation, water ingress work and the replacement of decaying timber frame. You will play a pivotal role in managing subcontractors, advising home owners of the situation and updating them accordingly, and pro-actively chasing up and managing external consultants (surveyors & engineers).

What they are looking for
The candidate will need be an experienced Customer Care Manager or Site Manager with a background in background in delivering new build residential schemes managing volume housing schemes with PLC housebuilders or Tier 1 main contractors; or a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager for a decent homes maintenance background used to completing remediation work on council properties whilst liaising with tenants.
* Timber Frame experience is vital for this role.
