Care Home Manager required to join care home based in the Amersham area.

Our client prefers to hire an experienced Care Home Manager. Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Care Home Manager candidates should have some experience of troubleshooting / home improvement. You should have an NVQ Level 5 qualification.

As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager you will develop the home. You will oversee care planning and ensure that the home is as successful as possible. You will improve training and ensure care delivery is of a very high standard.

The successful Care Home Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care home manager
- Proven track record of successful care home management
- Proven success in troubleshooting / home improvement.
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management

Duties will include:
- Overall responsibility of the care home
- Care plans/reviews/meetings
- Budget management for the home
