Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Bakewell, Derbyshire
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 8am to 4pm but open to less hours (i.e. school hours)
Salary: £30,000 plus benefits – pension, health insurance, death in service
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant based in Bakewell. The role involves managing schedules, diary organisation, taking meeting notes, travel arrangements and communication, as well as handling personal tasks and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise schedules, appointments, and travel.
* Handle calls, emails and correspondence.
* Attend and take detailed minutes during meetings.
* Assist with personal and business event coordination.
* General administration tasks.
* Handle personal errands and tasks.
* Ensure complete discretion on all matters.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital tools for scheduling and task management.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle various tasks efficiently
