JKS Restaurants are seeking a Assistant Bar Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. The Position

As Assistant Bar Manager you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have excellent understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits, be outgoing, driven and flexible. The successful candidate will be on the floor and the bar, assisting with training, rotas, stock and cost control.

The Successful Assistant Bar Manager will have:

Prior experience as Assistant Bar Manager within a high-quality restaurant or bar
Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;

World-Class Bar Experience : You have a proven track record as Assistant Bar Manager in a high quality Bar, where you have honed your craft and developed an in-depth understanding of mixology. Your ability to create unique and trendsetting cocktails, alongside your vast knowledge of beverages, will set you apart.
Passion for Excellence: Your unwavering commitment to excellence in food, beverages, and hospitality is evident in everything you do. You possess a creative approach, an impeccable attention to detail, and an innate desire to deliver exceptional experiences that leave guests in awe.
