AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our valued National Distribution client based in Exhall.

Pay Rate - £24500 per annum basic + £100 per month attendance bonus = £25700 per annum

Location - Exhall, CV7

Hours: 09:00am – 17:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Term - Permanent

Start Date - 14th October 2024

Duties Include:

• Working closely with Customer service to resolve customer issues in the form of booking Collection / Exchange and Replacement.
• Determine the best courier to use for the Collection / Exchange / Replacement.
• Investigating each issues raised to confirm the core reason for the Collection / Exchange / Replacement. E.G Damage, Supplier Issue, Misspick ect.
• Collaborating with our QC team to ensure all relevant order have been checked prior to dispatch.
• Checking Correct QTY and Products are being dispatched via Exchange / Replacement.
• Monitoring the DPD portal for any affected orders and working with customer Service to ensure successful delivery.
• Supporting our planning team with Collection / Exchange / Replacement SLA.
• Logging and raising all 3PL courier claims on the relevant portals and monitoring cost reimbursement.
