LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Warings Furniture is a family-run business we design, manufacture, and deliver exceptionally high-quality furniture to hospitality clients both Nationally and Internationally.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who has the potential and willingness to learn through practical experience as full training will be provided.

You will assist the Logistics team with the following duties:

*

Managing delivery and collection schedules

*

Ensuring all delivery paperwork is in order and correct (e.g. delivery notes)

*

Booking in deliveries and collections with customers and on-site representatives

*

Liaison with sales and dispatch teams, delivery drivers, & site representatives

*

Organising and arranging vehicle checks & update maintenance records

*

Fleet management (fleet insurance, fleet recovery, vehicle servicing, MOTs)

*

Managing pool car bookings

*

Managing congestion charges/tolls etc. as required

*

Booking overnight accommodation for drivers

*

Organising quotes from 3rd parties, subcontractors

*

Managing the Fuel Card account.
