AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious Global Client based in Nuneaton, for a Transport/Logistics Administrator/Data Input to join their growing team.
***GREAT OPPORTUNITY***
Based - Nuneaton, CV11
Term - Guaranteed Temp to Perm for the right candidate.
Salary - £12.25 per hour (£25480 per annum) - rising when Permanent
Working Hours - 07:00am until 15:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Start Date - ASAP
Training can be provided for the right candidate.
**Candidates MUST have previous Admin Experience, great attention to detail, and brilliant Computer & Data Input skills**
Duties Include:
- Inputting transport tickets onto a CRM
- Matching PO numbers to orders
- Data Input onto a CRM System
- Liaising with 3rd party Transport Companies
- Working in a fast paced busy environment
- Liaising with other departments within the Yard, Drivers and Sales
Your profile:
• You have 1-3 years’ experience in an active Admin role
• You’re able to handle stressful situations in a professional way, have a positive thinking, are tenacious and a team player
• You are customer focused and have strong interpersonal skills
• You are flexible and can work in a fast and demanding environment in multitasking mode
• You can manage priorities and you have an eye for details
• You are a problem-solver
• You have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have good knowledge retention
• You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
