Up to £36,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading digital media solutions agency, they provide installations throughout the UK, Europe and Australia and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. The company has an exciting culture, a growing workforce and incredible opportunities to develop your career.

We are looking for a Account Manager to join with our client's team and work on multiple large-scale retail accounts, with a specific focus on digital installations throughout the UK. You will be focusing on client account management, development and growth.

What you’ll do as a Account Manager:

Manage large-scale client accounts, focusing on digital installations across the UK and Europe.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to receive briefs and deliver innovative digital installations.
Participate in store design and enhance overall customer experience by providing insights and recommendations.
Manage workload efficiently, providing regular updates and reports to management on progress and deadlines.
Adapt to changing deadlines and requirements, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept through design and installation to post-installation support.
Travel to client locations as required, ensuring effective communication and project management outside the office.
Develop the role in alignment with business needs and undertake related duties as necessary.

What you’ll need:

Exceptional communication skills for presenting to large audiences and managing key stakeholders.
Enthusiasm for technology and its role in enhancing retail value, alongside experience in studio production and digital asset creation.
Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and solid financial acumen.
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and leading strategic initiatives.
Flexibility to travel and mentor a team of Client Executives.
Passion for branding and creative development, with a background in design or digital advertising is desirable.
Familiarity with web-based content management systems and retail store design, plus a friendly, adaptable personality is desirable.
