Creative Account Manager
Altrincham - Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Up to £28,500 + Bonus
The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading digital media solutions agency, they provide installations throughout the UK, Europe and Australia and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. The company has an exciting culture, a growing workforce and incredible opportunities to develop your career. If working in a dynamic agency with one of the best-known retailers in the UK sounds exciting, then this Creative Account Manager job could be the role for you.
What you’ll do:
Work with clients on a daily basis to review creative and content briefs
Work with the in-house studio to produce content for all customer stores
Work with customers' own design and creative team to collaborate on content for delivery
Deal with multiple suppliers, contractors and customers
Manage your own workload
One or two days per month will be spent working from the customer HQ in London
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and stay up to date with the latest technologies and trendsWhat you’ll need:
Excellent written and oral communication
Excitement for technology and how it can deliver to support customers
Good with IT
Client facing experience
Previous agency experience is desired
Passion for branding and creative development
Understanding of digital outputs, file formats and content resolutions
A creative eye for flare and advertising passion if preferred but not essential
Excellent organisational skills
Flexible to meet client demandsWhat you’ll get:
