Laser Machine Operator / Setter Required!
BE Recruitment are recruiting a laser machine setter / operator for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00. (Rotational). - Potential for Set PM shift if preferred.
Overtime Available at weekends @ 1.5x Pay.
Pay: £14 - £16 per hour.
Temp to Perm!
Benefits:
On-site parking.
£50 Bonus Per Month for on-time clock-ins. (Once Passed Probation).
£100 Birthday Bonus.
Full Lockers & Work wear Provided.
Tool Club - Opportunities to purchase own tools / kit at heavily discounted rate. (Can be paid via weekly instalments directly from wages).
Overtime opportunities available.
Progression Available.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate laser machine efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately produce parts.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Production folding in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a laser machine setter.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
