Our client is a multi-million pound business that specialise in Registered Social Landlord (RSL) maintenance that has been growing at a steady rate for a number of years. Due to this continued success, they are now seeking an experienced Social Housing Voids Supervisor (Trade Background) to join their busy North London office.

Responsibilities:

* Operational role though, candidates must perform Disrepairs, day to day and minor voids/decants as needed

* work collaboratively with Hires and manages maintenance workers.

* Organizes and leads maintenance trainings.

* Set shift schedule and assignments.

* Develop maintenance policies and procedures.

* Order tools, supplies, and equipment.

* Respond to maintenance requests.

* Ensure projects stay on schedule.

* Leads safety inspections at worksites.

* Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.

* Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.

* Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.

* Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:

* Trade background (multi-skilled ideal) - Electrical, Plumbing, Decorating etc...

* Previous experience as Social Housing Supervisor (overseeing trades)

* Understanding of SORs

* Good Commercial Understanding
