Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to our executive team. This includes ensuring smooth daily operations and acting as a liaison on behalf of the executive. This role requires an individual with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills who can handle sensitive information, anticipate needs, and ensure the executive’s time is optimized for strategic initiatives.

This role will report full-time on-site to our Downtown Orlando corporate office.
What You'll Do:
Provide administrative and clerical support for executives including management of executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings/conference calls, make detailed travel arrangements, process executives’ expense reports.
Manage regional meeting schedules and agendas.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of distribution lists in Outlook.
Creates monthly newsletters and other presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software. May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed.
Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities. Leads event planning efforts as directed. This includes meetings, networking events, annual regional meetings.
Type correspondence and e-mails from dictation or hand-written notes. Proofreads for correct grammar, spelling, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

What You'll Need:
Associate's degree and 7+ years related experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a corporate environment
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite
Diligence and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all interactions
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
Strong organization and communication skills
