Job Description: As the Program Manager supporting DHS’ Cybersecurity and Information Systems Audit (CISA), you will lead and manage programs supporting CISA ensuring the successful delivery of technology-driven solutions that meet the government’s needs.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Design and maintain the project plan, alignment of resources, management to deliverable deadlines, and contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all services and products.

Translate complex concepts and solutions into deliverables ranging from standard operating procedures, project management plans, and other guidance documents to PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, emails, job-aids, checklists, and other communication materials.

Conduct detailed analysis, evaluation, and provide recommendations for improvements, optimizations, development, and maintenance efforts related to client-specific or mission-critical challenges and issues.

Maintain records and documentation pertaining to program activities, milestones, and deliverables.

Collaborate with clients to define needs and problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data, offering strategic advice and recommending solutions.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and other stakeholders.

Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze data and create visualizations to inform leadership decision making.

Requirements

Over 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, leading similar large complex programs, consulting with DHS senior level executives, managing and supervising staff, leading multi-disciplinary teams on performance-based programs to ensure objects are met is required.  

Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to maintain or obtain DHS Suitability is required.

Recent and similar DHS experience is preferred.

PMP or PMI certification is required.

Experience is data analysis and providing strategic and technical guidance.

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communications skills are a must.
