Job Description

Join The Red Gate Group in Arlington, VA, as a Program Manager supporting the Office of Bombing Prevention (OBP) within CISA. In this role, you will lead efforts to protect critical infrastructure by developing and implementing policies and strategies to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate bombing incidents.

The Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) leads and coordinates efforts to protect life and critical infrastructure by building capabilities within the general public and across the public and private sectors to prevent, protect against, respond to, and mitigate improvised explosive device (IED) incidents.

Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis of existing policy documents and develop multi-agency policy and strategy foundations.

Develop documentation, correspondence, and briefing materials to support OBP operations.

Drive internal and external dissemination of mission values, programs, products, and services.

Implement cost control measures for project requirements.

Plan, execute, and participate in workshops, conferences, and outreach events.

Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track project progress.

Direct project staff and interface with federal employees, including the COR.

Manage project deliverables from the Arlington, VA location.

Conduct frequent meetings with project staff and management to review task plans and deliverables.

Lead daily synchronization efforts with federal employees and act as the single point of contact for project implementation.
