We are a quickly growing apparel & brand marketing agency based in Milwaukee since 1986. Our mission is to create the most unique apparel in the industry & energize branded promotional items for various organizations across the country. With a focus on the destination/resort, retail, and corporate markets, we collaborate with companies of all sizes to supply branded apparel, branded hard goods, and more. Our customers range from Walt Disney World & Urban Outfitters to smaller local companies in need for amazing branded apparel and other print marketing.

At Brew City Brand/Good Land Supply we are seeking superstars that love proactively knocking on doors and meeting new people. Our products sell themselves ... the role of this position is to market our amazing apparel lines to the masses, and then grow and nuture relationships with the clients that our products are right for.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify opportunities for growth and generate leads through strategic prospecting
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Meet sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay current with industry trends, and product developments
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network
Ensure client satisfaction by following up regularly and fixing any issues raised
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
2+ years of experience in account management, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in CRM software such as Pipedrive
Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
Ability to meet customers and prospects on-site when needed
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
