We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service to our local community. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong relationships while assisting customers with their day-to-day banking transactions.
COMPENSATION: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions - deposits, withdrawals, checks, and payments.
Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues with thoroughness and efficiency.
Accurately maintain cash drawers and balance at the end of each shift.
Promote bank services and products that meet customers' financial needs.
Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure transaction security and compliance.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle interactions with a calm and professional demeanor.
Cash handling experience is a plus.
Willingness to assist other locations and work Saturdays when needed.
Bank hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM & Saturdays 9:00AM – 12:00PM.
