Total Compensation: Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 + bonuses. Potential earnings over $100,000.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Direct Sourcing for Clinical Talent: Lead recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill BCBA and other clinical positions using innovative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with Clinical Leaders: Partner closely with clinical directors to understand team needs and ensure a seamless fit for each hire.
Strategically Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a robust pool of top-tier candidates, utilizing your clinical recruitment experience to identify the best talent.
Drive Candidate Success: Ensure successful onboarding and retention of hires, supporting them throughout their journey with HHF.
