Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the firm as part of our Human Resources shared services team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Facilitate candidate workflow including sourcing, applicant review, candidate pre-screens, interview coordination, candidate pre-screens, extend and negotiate offers
Source all levels of talent for the firm, including Interns and New Graduates, utilizing the ATS, social media, online searches, professional networking, and relationship building
Process new applicants in ATS and communicate with candidates answering questions while moving them through the recruitment process
Evaluate candidates, through coordinated pre-screens and interviews, to assess culture and position fit and to gather salary expectations
Assist as needed with firm-wide campus recruiting program
Develop relationships with internal clients in order to manage hiring needs, provide progress updates, and offer consultative recruiting practices
Collaborate with Human Resources (Onboarding) to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires from offer acceptance to their first day with the organization.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to measure KPIs, analyze metrics and consistently meet the agreed-upon targets
Actively participate in talent related projects and cross-functional initiatives across the organization
Assist in coordination efforts as necessary and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

8+ years recruitment experience with a combination of in-house, agency, and campus relations experience preferred
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry is highly preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated capacity to successfully source, recruit for and manage high volume requisitions
Proven success at building relationships and trust quickly with applicants and clients to guide them through the interview and on-boarding process
Strong technical and business acumen; demonstrated proficiency in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) with ownership of recruiting metrics; generating, interpreting and communicating reporting data; superior applicant tracking and systems experience
Superior relationship management skills with the ability to establish positive and professional rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers, peers, and HR team
Excellent time management, project management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced culture
Ability to articulate the organization’s total compensation plan, benefit plans and overall culture to attract top talent
Knowledgeable in the use of HRIS applications, Outlook, and MS Office Suite
Must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image as unique situations present themselves
