Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Human Resources Specialist opening for our client in Whitsett, NC.

Location: Whitsett, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both paper and digital formats.

Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Employee Relations: Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

Event Coordination: Organize HR events, training sessions, and seminars.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written

Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:

Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Additional Requirements:

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
