My well established client based in Wednesbury are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a new team and make your mark!
Duties:-
* Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Fleet team to ensure that vehicles are maintained, road worthy and comply with legal requirements to meet our customers’ needs
* Assist in the investigation of insurance claims and accident management
* Liaise with suppliers to organise repairs and regular maintenance for the fleet
* Maintain fleet records to ensure they are organised and information is kept up-to-date
* Use of in-house systems and databases to input, collate and produce reports
* Provide administration support to the Compliance and Fleet Manager in vehicle and driver performance
* Carry out other fleet-related administration as required
* Shadowing members of the fleet team, to learn and develop your existing skills
* Assist in the implementation of a new fleet management system
Key Skills:-
* Essential you have worked within a transport office / sector previously
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
* Team player with ability to work on own initiative
