About the role: Supply TA: Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Camden’s vibrant and inclusive primary schools? Join Teach Now’s partner schools as a Supply Teaching Assistant, where you’ll have the freedom to choose your schedule while making a meaningful impact in the classroom! As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across a variety of primary settings, from Reception to Key Stage 2, supporting children’s learning, personal development, and well-being. You may assist in small groups, provide one-on-one support, and aid in classroom management, all while working alongside friendly and supportive staff. Whether you have a particular interest in working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or prefer assisting general classroom activities, this role offers a diverse and enriching experience.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting (preferred).
• Relevant qualifications or desire to work in education.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Working one-on-one with students or in small groups.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour.
• Providing personalised support to students with SEN.
• Encouraging a positive, inclusive learning environment.
