About the role: Supply Teaching Assistant: Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Colindale? Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• A passion for education and supporting young learners.
• A positive and proactive attitude to learning.
• The ability to adapt to different school environments and age groups.
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with SEN.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Help manage student behaviour and encourage participation in activities.
• Work flexibly across different year groups and classrooms as required.
