About the role: Supply Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about working with children, adaptable, and looking for a flexible opportunity in education? We have an exciting opening for a Supply Teaching Assistant in the beautiful borough of Enfield, London. Whether you're an experienced TA or just starting out, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 within our partner schools. As a Supply TA, you'll have the opportunity to work in a range of primary settings, supporting pupils of varying abilities. One day you could be assisting in a vibrant Reception class, helping young learners find their feet, and the next day, you might be helping older pupils with their core subjects in Key Stage 2. Flexibility is key, and no two days are the same! You'll assist class teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-to-one support for children, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Are adaptable and happy to work in different settings from day to day.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Have experience working with children—either in a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in the delivery of lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Providing one-to-one or group support for pupils with SEN or those needing extra help.
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring students stay focused.
• Creating engaging and educational activities.
• Helping to prepare learning materials and resources.
