Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician

Administer medications and treatments

Assist with assessments and documentation

Requirements

Qualifications:

Degree: Certificate

Certification: Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse.

Education: Graduate from an accredited Practical nursing certificate program and passing of National Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN)

Experience: two years of experience

Must be a US Citizen
