THE ROLE – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Being a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide consistent one-to-one support to a child with ASD. You will assist the child in engaging with educational activities and monitoring the child’s safety. Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs, particularly children on the Autism Spectrum which includes the age group 3 – 11.

THE SCHOOL- 1:1 Teaching Assistant

The primary school has two forms of entry, from Reception through to year 6 and a nursery, providing education for children from 3-11. You will be able to travel to the school by different bus routes or trains, as there is underground station nearby. The school consists of 470 pupils, where it was given an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ in December 2021.
