Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be the first point of contact for the clients,helping to connect all aspects of the business by communicating with managers, engineers, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing a busy phone line and answering e-mail enquiries.
* Proactively liaising with Clients and providing updates as needed
* Updating work orders
* Undertaking General office administration when needed.
Skill Set
* Possess an Excellent phone manner
* Ability to manage Client Expectations
* Organised and able to Prioritise
* Calm Under Pressure
* Quick to Learn
* IT literate
* Polite and Professional
